Last updated: September 2026. This is not legal advice; review it with a qualified professional before relying on it.
These terms are an agreement between you and THE EMADKO HOUSE, a business name registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria under number BN 9814925. A business name is not a separate legal entity, so this agreement is with the proprietor trading as THE EMADKO HOUSE. "We", "us" and "TraumaFlow" mean that proprietor. By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use TraumaFlow.
TraumaFlow is for adults. You must be 18 or over to create an account. We ask your date of birth at signup and refuse accounts that do not meet the age requirement; your date of birth cannot be changed afterwards, and giving a false one to get around the age check is a serious breach that will have your account removed. If yours is genuinely wrong, contact support@traumaflow.com.
TraumaFlow provides emotional-wellness content and tools, including daily check-ins, guided audio, breathing and grounding exercises, journaling, belief reframing, and affirmations. It is a wellness practice, not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition.
If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis or thoughts of harming yourself, do not rely on the app. Contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline in your country.
One account per person. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account. Everything you do on TraumaFlow is your responsibility.
You own what you write in TraumaFlow. To run the service, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display that content, only for the purpose of operating the app and showing it back to you. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except anything we must keep for the reasons set out in our Privacy Policy.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other people's data, reverse-engineer, scrape or automate the app, try to get around our security, or use the content to build a competing dataset.
TraumaFlow has a free tier, a Premium plan (currently £5.99 per month or £39.99 per year), and a Premium Plus plan (currently £9.99 per month). Prices are shown clearly before you pay. Paid plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play under their terms, including their refund policies. You can cancel at any time in your store account settings, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
We will tell you what we did and why, unless telling you would put someone at risk or we are legally prevented. You can appeal by emailing support@traumaflow.com, and a person who was not involved in the original decision will look again; we aim to respond within five working days.
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app; it is immediate and permanent. We can suspend or end your account if you break these terms, if we think you are putting others at risk, or if we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why.
We try to keep TraumaFlow running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change, suspend, or stop features. If we discontinue TraumaFlow entirely we will give reasonable notice so you can retrieve your data.
TraumaFlow supports your wellbeing but is not a substitute for professional care, and we are not responsible for decisions you make in reliance on it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or £100 or its equivalent in your currency.
Email support@traumaflow.com. We aim to reply within five working days.
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction. This does not take away rights you have where you live: if you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the European Union, or anywhere whose law gives you mandatory protections or the right to bring proceedings in your own courts, you keep those in full.
We may update these terms. For material changes we will tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use TraumaFlow afterwards means you accept the new version.
