Privacy, in plain words.

The short version

Your journal entries, check-ins, and reframes are yours. We collect the minimum needed to run the app, we do not sell personal data, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by emailing hello@traumaflow.com.

What we collect

• Account information: email address and authentication details.
• Content you create: journal entries, mood check-ins, saved affirmations, and belief reframes, stored so the app can sync across your devices.
• Usage information: which features are used and basic device information, to fix problems and improve the app.
• Payment status: subscription state from the App Store or Google Play. We never see your card details.

What we never do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not read your journal to target advertising.
• We do not send your content to third parties beyond the infrastructure needed to run the service.

Where data lives

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers in the EU where possible, protected in transit and at rest.

Your choices

You can export or delete your data by contacting hello@traumaflow.com. Deleting your account removes your content from our systems within 30 days, except where law requires otherwise.
